Manpower: 1 full-time and part time officer; 1 reserve officer; South Carolina State Constables

Crime Investigations:
Lincolnville Police Case Assignment and Management
Incident reports will be reviewed by the case manager. Felony cases, misdemeanors relating to a felony or violent in nature, and juvenile and domestic violence cases having solvability factors will be assigned to the appropriate investigator. Cases not having solvability factors will remain in an inactive status until such time new information develops. Misdemeanor cases having solvability factors, and non-violent in nature will be assigned to uniform officers designated as Uniformed Investigators.

Manpower: Average of 16 - 20 Volunteers, 4 paid firemen
Equipment: The fire department has 3 fire engines.
Rescue Equipment: Quick Response Vehicle, Technical Rescue Truck, Rescue Boat, ATV

Fire Investigations:
The Fire Chief / Marshal is to investigate into the cause and origin of a fire. This includes searching for the reason and source of the fire. If the fire was incendiary, finding who and why the fire was started. Then collaborating with the Law Enforcement in the arrest and prosecution of the person or persons responsible.

Rescue Squad:
The Lincolnville Volunteer Rescue Squad provide Technical Rescue Equipment, certified Medical First Responders and other rescue services to the town citizens at no charge and solely operates on donations, fund raisers and the dedicated volunteers serving the citizens of the town.
